HIGH TEMPERATURE AIR DUCT SERIES

Coated with silicone glass fiber and supported by spiral steel wire internally, the tube is vulcanized at 300 degrees Celsius for one-time rubberization and molding. The tube body is wear-resistant, with a smooth surface, free of stains, wrinkles, roughness, and uneven spots. The pitch of the elastic steel wire and fiberglass thread matches, ensuring even winding. The caliber is standard, the inner wall is smooth, the wind resistance is small, the quality is light, the bending is smooth, the elasticity and flexibility are strong, the resistance to ultraviolet rays and corrosion is strong, it is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, flame-retardant and leak-proof, can be bent freely, and is easy to install.
It is applied to various plastic machinery, dryers, printing machinery, heaters, automobile engine heating, furnaces and ovens, high-temperature ironing, train hot air systems, aviation equipment, and military equipment, as well as cold and hot air circulation and exhaust gas extraction and emission.

NYLON CLOTH DUCT SERIES

The nylon fabric is coated with flame-retardant PVC on both sides, with steel wire support sandwiched inside and hot-melted to adhere to the upper and lower layers, and is spiral-formed for extension. The maximum pressure resistance is 1200pa, the standard length is 10m, and the expansion ratio is 1:10,

TELESCOPIC HOSE SERIES

This ventilation duct is wrapped in black densified plastic rubber and reinforced with thickened steel wires as the framework. It is made of high-quality, flame-retardant PVC mesh fabric, featuring an independent thickened tail ring. Metal lifting rings are attached every - meters along the duct for easy fixation. It is widely used in computer rooms, basements, tunnels, municipal pipeline projects, underground cable maintenance, mechanical shipbuilding, fire rescue, airports, aquaculture, greenhouse planting, mining, and other work environments for the circulation of cold and warm air, ventilation, and air exchange. It is a supporting product for portable exhaust fans.

The pipe wall has good sealing performance, ensuring no air leakage from the pipe body. The maximum pressure resistance is 5000pa. It is ultra-lightweight and extremely tough, with a bending radius approximately equal to its outer diameter. It is suitable for various mechanical equipment, automobile exhaust, high-temperature soldering smoke, and hot gas circulation exhaust emissions from high-temperature boilers.
The diameter can be any size between 51mm and 1500mm, and the length can be customized.

COMPOSITE HOSE SERIES

The product utilizes multi-layer high-temperature aluminum foil, precisely laminated with special glue. Internally, it is supported by high-quality high-carbon steel wires, manufactured through a spiral molding process, thereby extending its overall service life. The thickened steel wires, with their spacing densified, significantly enhance its compressive strength, and it also boasts excellent tear resistance and tensile resistance. Furthermore, the product possesses remarkable fire-resistant and flame-retardant properties, capable of withstanding high-temperature environments. Additionally, it can be bent freely, flexibly extends and contracts, ensuring a longer service life.
It is used for printing exhaust, gas emissions, and circulation in various machinery and factories. It possesses high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and flame retardant properties.

FEEDING HOSE SERIES

It is non-toxic, odorless, lightweight, highly flexible, with a smooth inner wall that prevents blockage. It boasts excellent wear resistance (3-4 times better than rubber and 6-7 times better than soft PVC), aging resistance, tear resistance, high transparency allowing observation of the suction and delivery process, lightweight, good elasticity, good resilience, and low-temperature compressibility. It also possesses ultra-high strength and an exceptionally long service life.
It is suitable for dust removal and suction equipment, industrial vacuum cleaners, air conditioning and ventilation technology, food and industrial, chemical industry, etc. Such as solid abrasive materials (dust, powder, fiber debris and particulate matter), high flow rate and very abrasive sand, gravel, useless glass and chips, gaseous and liquid media (oil vapor, welding fume, ventilation equipment) conveying systems, non-standard hoses can be customized according to customer requirements.

FIREPROOF CONDUIT SERIES

Designed to protect hoses, wires, and cables from the hazards of high heat and occasional flames, it has outstanding fireproof, flame retardant, thermal insulation, heat preservation, insulation, anti-acid and alkali, anti-aging and other properties, and can withstand hydraulic oil, lubricating oil and fuel. It effectively isolates energy loss in pipelines and hoses, protecting pipeline cables from ozone, ultraviolet rays and wear.
